Basically in a nutshell this is will describe what I have gone through with a local salon in my neighborhood in Lower Nob Hill in San Francisco: (all comments Are welcome-suggestions?)
I had a friend write the following email to the owner of the salon-still have not heard back - (just goes to show why they have no business) about his "receptionist" (Anthony) who likes to call himself a manager or as I like to call him " a glorified go-for boy" (he is such a complete and utter idiot if you ask me! You should go by just to get a laugh... Please read on...
I would like to make you aware of a delicate predicament that your salon is involved in. I represent a former client of yours (me) She has been going to Salon De Brazil for quite a while.
Recently your "manager" "Anthony" told (her) that they would no longer do her hair and that she would receive a refund because she was not satisfied with the shade of color her hair was on the date of her last service. This came as a shock to (her) She lives in the neighborhood near your salon now anytime she walks out of her residence and "Anthony" is around he runs outside to taunt her calling her vicious names. This makes her extremely uncomfortable and needs to stop immediately. Not to mention that she has never received her refund. As a business owner I am sure that you would agree that word of mouth can be a powerful thing. I would not want someone like "Anthony" in my employee if he were acting this way. You may want to check with other vendors on the street because they are also aware of this situation. If it does not cease (she) will be forced to make this a legal matter. Unless I am incorrect and I am not that would be your problem because of whom you choose to have as an employee. Please feel free to contact me at any time.
