Ripoff elephant wireless charges monthly $ doesn't add minutes

I signed up for their prepaid celluar plan for $20 a month. I am supposed to get 100 minutes added avery month. They always take my money out of my account but do not add the minutes. I have to call every month to get the minutes added. I am done with this ripoff company. Do NOT let them suck you in.

They tell you on tv that you can buy a minute card for $20.00 that gives you 750 extra minutes plus 1000 text messages they dont tell you that they're gonna take your minutes
