On April 17 I made a purchase from ebay seller Iluveurico, Aka, Ms. Katrina Hernandez (Da Graca) who is now suspended from ebay, for ebay items (8277451697), (8277450173), (8277448329). I sent seller a total of $71.80 on an Ebay Auction that I won from seller on April 17. I also have the paypal transaction id:# 8JB5322745755112D. Ms. Hernandez never responded to my numerous emails I sent her nor did she ever delivered the intended items (Ps2 video games) to my home location.
What is more heartbreaking than anything is that these items I purchase were intended to be a gift for a disable child in my community. I have filed reports with ebay and paypal but being the fact that ebay and paypal are a limited entity, my case still remains unsolved. So far, I filed an additional report with ic3. Gov. I have written email (s) and 1 letter to the police dept in Ma as well.By doing so, I believe that I would increase my chances in getting a response/solution to my case. Perhaps the support [email protected] can better assist me on this matter. I am counting so much on you.
My main goal here is not to acquire a refund but to have this person persecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I nor did the other fellow ebay members deserved to be connned from their money. The past 2-3 weeks, I have contacted the police department in Fall River Ma, as well as the department from New Bedford Ma, and I still have not received a response whether this person has/has not been punished by the law. Please help me in my quest in having this Ms. Katrina Hernandez (Da Graca) punished by the law, because individuals like Ms. Hernandez think that they can get away in engaging in online fraud, and we have to prove to them otherwise.
