I have bellsouth for both personnel and commercial use and it is the same story, they advertise one price then you get charged a much higher rate (s) They don't disclose actual cost and I'm not talking about taxes. They offer rebates and incentives and they don't follow through. Customer service is a joke; you get a different answer every time and the wait time is ridiculous.
