I've used this company for several years without a problem... Until now! I had to buy a new printer and called World Class Ink and asked if I returned the ink that I purchased from them. If they would replace it for the same thing in the new model. I was advised by the man in customer service that it would not be a problem and that he would send them out right away. Well. It's 2 1/2 months later and I guess I'm going to be out $100 because they keep giving me a run around, after many calls, emails, and even a fax!
Today, I was given a bogus postal confirmation number and then the guy hung up on me when I told him I wanted to track it on the Internet while he was on the line. When I called back over the next couple of hours. I couldn't ring through and constantly went into their voice mail. This type of treatment and service is not what they advertise according to their website... Or, what their customer serice tells you. I hope the state of New Jersey goes after them because it appears that they aren't very reputable after all!
