Vonage is full of crap! They charged me for a router that didn't even work! When I first got their services I had problems with it. I couldn't call anyone because I didn't have a dial tone, thank GOD I still had my other phone or I would have to use the neighbors phone.
When I tried to return the device the post office would not deliver it because they said the adress was invalid!? I went back home to call them I got the runaround about the adress that I was supposed to send the device back to, I was put on hold for 30 minutes or longer! Imagine my frustration!
I finally got a response the next day and sent the box back. Boy was I suprised when I checked my bank account, they charged me $84.14, for a device they said I wouldn't be charged for in the first place! I was told their wasn't a time frame to return the device and now I can't get my money back!
I 'M in the process of getting a lawyer to get my money back. My suggestions to anyone that considers using Vonage, DON'T!
