I signed up for suncom because they promise to be the truth in wireless when really they are just lies, lies, and more lies. I signed up online for a promo deal for 39.99 and they said clearly that the activation fee would be saived however when i got my b ill i did realize that it was there. 35 dollars to activate a phone that they promised was free. I called over 14 people at customer service and they were RUDE!!! I ruly wouldn't wish this service on my worst enemy!
