I am 1 out of 1000's of victims a day of CellularChoices.com, they offered rebates for our phones in Sept. but didn't get the phones until Oct. 3. When I submitted the rebate forms to them as they asked and required to be post marked by Dec. 31st, we sent them Dec. 10th and they claimed it was too early to send in, so they asked me to send again for processing and later said it was too late due to cut-off date of Dec. 31st, which I did do for the 2nd time. What a "Rip Off" and now they refused to speak with me, so I would love to be part of this class action. I have contacted them 17 times with no luck. Please help, I want my $300.00 back. Now T-Mobile is refusing to help also since they claim they are not responsible for my rebates, but they do sell them their phones, interesting right. Help me get these guys!
