I placed an order for wedding software, and there were 2 additonal items that came with this order for free, but my main concern was for the wedding software so that I can organize my wedding details. I placed an order on March 12 @6:37pm and today it is May 7... I still have not recevied my order.
After having my emails ignored for weeks, I finally recevied an email on April 24th telling me that my order has been sent. I've tried to get more information as to when the order was sent but with no luck, I am once again being ignored. I call their number and I get a generic recording that states no one is available, but it would not allow me to leave a message.
I am upset because I paid for these items, and it has been so long since the order has been placed there is not much the bank can do for me. Please do not use Your Bridal Super Store... You will defintely get the wedding blues.
