6 calls I have made since March only to be told by CS that there is nothing they can do but process a report to the corporate office. 6 times I have been told the same thing. I was charged $99.90 for product I never ordered nor received against my credit card. All because of a survey I happen to fill out for Walmart. I choose a free leanlife sample to be sent and issued by credit card for shipping purposes. Next thing I knew my credit card was hit for $99.90. I have been calling since March giving both my home phone and work phone and no one has bothered to call me back. As far as I am concerned Leanlife has ths CS staff as a front pretending to pass info on.
At this point all of this is fraud as far as I am concerned. FYI I spoke to John on 3/9 he stated I would receive a credit within 6 week to my credit card.
