I too was online doing a survey for a laptop and was told that I needed to pick 3 catagories from a list before I could receive my laptop. I was told that I could receive a free sample of LeanLife pm but I needed to pay the shipping cost. I then received a package about a month later and found out that my card had been charged for 100.00. I DID NOT authorize any charges other than the one for the shipping cost. I returned the product and never received a dime back. I then received yet another package of their product another month later. I was also charged once again for 100.00 WITHOUT authorization. I tried to contact the company and have had no luck. I disputed my charge on the card too but was also told that I had to go through LeanLife PM. I of course refused the second package but am still currently trying to get the charge reversed on my card. I do not understand how they can get away with this.
