My wife was trying to find a free game to play online she apparantly signed up for RESIDENTIAL VOICE MAIL which I don't believe. They have been charging me roughly $14 per month for the last 7 months through my telephone provider. I finally noticed this charge on my bill and immediately contacted my telephone provider which is FRONTIER. Frontier informed me that, I was charged this fee because I had RESIDENTIAL VOICE MAIL. I said to the representative I have an answering machine at home so why would I need this service and what does this RESIDENTIAL VOICE MAIL COMPANY have to do with you, (Frontier) and why are you allowing this to happen without my consent? The representative said to me that someone in my residence gave authorization for this. I said to her the account is under my name and I never gave anyone permission. To make a long story short, my telephone provider can't help me retrieve the funds, I was charged from this piece of crap company RESIDENTIAL VOICE MAIL but I can now, place a block on my account for future charges. The bottom line is, something needs to be done immediately with RESIDENTIAL VOICE MAIL. They out and out STOLE MONEY from me. I feel that my telephone provider did not protect me as their customer from dirtbags like this.
