I purchased a dog from shirley daugherty for 300.00 a purebreed pomeranian which I found at puppyfind.com and when the dog arrived with her he was covered in ticks from head to toe and had severe bad teeth when I took him to the vet he found that he has severe hookworm, coccida, and ehriclia from the tick bites. I contacted puppyfind.com and shirley to tell them that what puppies she delievered are infected also and that any remaining dogs she has needs to be seen by a vet for treatment but she did not care to do so. She never gave me any papers akc ckc or apri since he was supposed to be registered or any vet records only a false health certificate. The dofg I purchased is looking at over 1000.00 worth of vet bills alone for all proper treatment just to make him healthy again.
I did contact her local sherriffs department and filed a report the sheriff went to her home and found tick covered dogs and green water and that they were all outside and their pens smelled bad and were muddy. I did more puppy rescue then buying this dog but we all love the dog and want whats best for him but this woman and this site need to be taken care of before any more scams happen and people stop getting sick dogs because next time a dog can have something humans can get and get severly ill or die and neither party wants to take responsibilty for their actions.
