Capital Merchant Services is a big rip off they tell you they are the only company that offers wireless machines and they promise you free web pages, business flyers, business cards and free credit cards after 5-8 months in the amount of 7,000 and then you repay that in a year and then you get another one for double the amount to help get your business started. I called the day after I signed the contract that i didn't have time to read the sales man would not let me to cancel and I got no return calls I put stop payment on my account so they can't take no more money. They signed me up with 3-4 other companies other than themselves so there were more charges that what was discussed. My machine I received doesn't even work it says i need a password and i haven't even got one so i have not been able to use it. I have lost business cause of all this. I could not take cards at all. I live on the road goin gto local fairs and expos and with out the machine i am loosing money.
