Before ordering formal dress ask representative if it will be delivered by the 20th. They assured me that it would be after checking with others in their company.
On April 18th I checked status of my order and found out that it had not been shipped as of yet. I tried calling but a recording came on stating that no one is there is answer and the voicemail is full. I then sent an email stating that if someone doesn't contact me to cancel my order.
I received a phone call and spoke with a representative and she stated that the order has not gone out yet because she checked with the shipping dept. She indicated that I would not receive the dress by the 20th of April but I would get it by the 21st.
I told that that was unacceptable and to cancel my order since the dress had not been shipped. She indiciated that she would and that within 2 business days I would get a full refund on my acct. I wait but never got a refund.
Instead of a refund I received the dress that I canceled a day after I was supposed to get it. I called immediately to inform them about their mistake and I even sent several messages. They sent me an email apologizing and that they would take care of this matter ASAP.
I have spoken to so many individuals and have been laughed at because I keep calling and complaining. Everytime I do call the newest ploy is that there is a problem with the line and they can't hear me and they will call me back.
On April 26th after many attempts of getting through the phone another individual indicated that they would send me an email with the address to return the dress. Today, April 27th I called and said that I never received that email with the return address. Another person told me that she couldn't hear me and would call me back... Again no call.
They totally ripped me off. The took my money, lied and the merchandise that I did receive was horrible quality, poor workmanship and total misrepresentation of what they dress was supposed to look like.
