My wife filled out an online survey when the ultralife pm fulfillment popped up. It said she could get a free trial, all she had to do was pay the shipping and handleing. Then they started billing us for it. We couldnt figure ouut a way to get ahold of them (thats when i stumbled accross this site). They billed us for three months before we could figure it out. When i contacted them they said that we had authorized the billing, which is a bold faced lie. We never gave them permission to take money from us. Not only that they dont send a bill money just mysteriously dissaperes from your account. They wont refund the money that they STOLE from you either. Please dont let the get away with this.
