First Eletric Cooperative
Ripoff I am now paying my thrid deposit and my eletric has never been shut off

I am paying 3rd deposit. My electric has not been disconnected. I am being charged this because I pay late in the month. I have severl hundred dollars in deposits with this company and my bill is only 250 at the most.
There is no other eletric service in my area I have to pay or have no electricty.
This is blackmail to the poor.
