I have had penelec for years always paid my bills. Today meter lady was going to shut my electric off. I asked her to wait a moment I will pay it now. She said no! I told her I have a 84 year old sick mother and I am caring for my elderly Aunt Didn't make a difference so I called the electric company to pay the bill. After payment they said it may take up to 72 hours. I told them she hasn't been gone 15 minutes can she turn around and turn it back on? Same thing NO!
