Mid April - their web site was not working (that should have been my first clue) so I used the toll free order number. They have a message now that the online ordering is not functioning properly. What kind of online company would put up with that for more than a few hours?
May - Sent several polite emails asking about my order. There is NO phone number to talk to anyone in person. Their various responses said it would ship, it did ship, thank's for my patience, should arrive within 7 - 10 days...
Late May - I sent a point blank email saying it's been over a month, no package, what's the deal? They replied that it was backordered. After they told me twice that it shipped, now they say it didn't ship. My opinion of their company dropped to zero at that point. I gave them a date (today) that I would cancel if no package.
June - no package, I officially asked to cancel the order today.
