I bought a new washer, dryer from them. My old one worked good but I couldn't keep up w/the lint. I explained this & was told the washer did not have to have a lint filter it automatically filtered out lint.
It has turned out to be just as bad as the old washer & takes me 2hrs to iron getting rid of lint! I called their main office & a man named Bill Weaver called back when I wasn't home left a message, I tried to call him several times but it always said leave a message which I did. I even emailed him, he emailed back & that was the end of the contact.
It seems which I wasn't told otherwise I never would have bought them that there's only 2 days a week they will come & only 2 hours 2-4PM. I said this wasn't good & that was the end of it never heard again, have left messages but no return call. Now I am stuck w/a new GE piece of junk, should have gone to Sears!
