Ripoff, takes your money and NEVER responds to phone, email, nothing

I bought the Home Study course 11/11/05. I had to email 3 time before it was sent a month later.

I have tried and tried to contact seller, NO responce. I have called, emailed and faxed her, still nothing. I filed a complaint with Paypal. I want a full refund!!
