On October 12 I ordered the "Home Study Course" for $516.95 USD item #55885. Didn't receive it on the given time. I followed the instructions. I exercised what I paid for in the advertisement
1. One-on-one email consultation with Janiece for 1-month (which she nevery responds to),
2. PLUS 10 personal phone consultations (which she never responds at all),
3. Access to Janiece's #1 supplier (suppliers who told me this isn't the way things work). I emailed, faxed, called to Janiece V Smith with no response. I sent the items back for a refund withing my trial period an have the tracking number 0304 0370 0001 7482 0847 send Dec 3 www.usps.com and shows she received it. I haven't received any requested refund. She has many complaints.
