Ripoff fraudulent billing poor customer service

I purchased my Sprint PCS (Now SprintPCS/Nextel) phone in July while living in Northern Alabama on a two year service agreement. Although the phone itself didn't work the best, at first, the service Sprint provided was okay. But it appears that after the merger with Nextel sometime in August/September that things went downhill. I began experiencing many problems connecting to their mobile internet service, and each time I phoned, it involved at least a 30 minute phone call to their customer service from a PAYPHONE (mind you, this is Alabama, everything is relatively rural), and the majority of the time, the CSR's didn't speak a lick of audible English.in December, I moved to Kalamazoo, and unable to find work, my service was suspended.in Alabama, I'd downloaded many games and applications that have a recurring monthly service, but I deleted them on December 10th. December 15th, my service was suspended. Thinking that I am going to end up paying my late bill and the early termination fee, I wait for the December-January bill, only to discover I was DOUBLE charged for some downloads, and charged again for the monthly fee, despite having removed them.

I called their customer service to complain, and demanded that the downloads be removed and that my service be *cancelled*. The CSR explained that downloads must be removed by logging onto the internet through Sprint, but she said she removed them manually and that my service would be cancelled. Guess what arrived in my mailbox yesterday? A bill, detailing my usage for the month of FEBRUARY! Including. You guessed it. All the supposedly cancelled downloads plus the monthly state/federal taxes and ANOTHER late fee, which totalled over $60 (more than what my monthly service was!). I logged onto the SprintPCS website to view my account, and (I have to assume that) since my phone number is suspended, it kept telling me the number was invalid. I tried to email the customer service using their online form, and when I tried to send it, the site gave me a 404 Not Found error!!!

Obviously talking to CRS's gets nothing accomplished (Ive talked to about 4 of them just since late January), and their website that they refer consumers to is of little help. Each bill, I end up having to drive a few miles to the nearest pay phone, or take up the neighbors phone for as much as an hour at a time! It seems that they are leaving little alternative except to report them to the BBB and attorneys.
