I cancelled the service, requested the domain transfer to other company about one month ago, but no one was available for resolving the problem. Since they did not transfer my domain name to a new webhosting company, i am not able to use my new webhosting company.in the meanwhile, they charged the monthly fee again this month, and i am so frustrated with their poor service. I contacted the company, using the technical support number, but the number was disconnected.
I have no clue when and how i will resove this issue. I think that they completely ignore the request of the customer, and it is a complete rip-off.
