DHL is the lousiest delivery Company I have ever seen.
They lost my delivery and the driver can not remember where he took it! I understand he has a lot of deliveries and has a busy job. But when you come to the right house and say did I bring your package to you? What do you think or say? And they can not find it how does that make you feel like you was ripped off or cheated out of your goods. I can not believe he said that did I bring it here? Then the driver says this house does not look familiar I guess I did not deliver it to your house. Now this Clown is not in my neighbor hood, because I took a drive around to see if he was around. But nope no sign of him or his yellow van! There are 2 streets in my neighbor hood that are the same I live on summerwind court; there is a summerwind ave and this street southwind ave. Now if the package says summerwind court how could you Screw that up? Is it that hard to tell from ave and court? Maybe he can not read or he was in a hurry to get his deliveries out for the day. Wait it was delivered at 10.00 am so how could he be in a hurry.
Now we get the run around from Dhl saying if they do not find it I could file a claim. And I was told it would take up to 4 weeks to process screw that, I need my money back now to reorder my goods. I needed them today now I have to wait until the claim clears or repay for it and set my budget back for there mistake. And I have heard from many of people that Dhl denies Claims left and right to save that money. Now if this is the case I am paying for an item TWICE because some idiot could not take the time to read the street name or drive around for two more minutes to find my street. Witch is the next block up. But funny thing the people at summerwind ave said they did not have it and the people at southwind ave said the same thing. So my question is where did this person did deliver it at? Maybe he took it home.
