I ordered the free sample of Hoodia Thin for $1.99. Before I was ever able to try the product for the amount of time required, I was billed for another shipment. I called the company, was told that when the product came, to simply return it, and the $99.90 would be refunded to my account. The disclosures, since I have read more closely, tell me that I cannot dispute this charge.
Even though Fitness Clubhouse was wrong in the way they charged me, I have no recourse to get my money back. I have contacted my bank, but because of the way their wording on their unauthorized card use, I cannot expect the bank to reimburse me. Fitness Clubhouse is a ripoff. They asked for a certified letter to cancel, but I did not even have enough time to try the product to see if I would want it before I was billed!!!
I would like to know if ANYONE has had any luck getting their money back from these jokers!!!
