I received an offer of this weight loss product. It was for a free trial of the product. All that was requested was $5.95 S&H. I used my credit card for this and subsequently, I received a full supply which I did not request. As a result I was billed $99.90. I called the company to stipulate that I did not authorize this purchase and requested cancellation of my account. I was informed to return the product and a credit would be issued.
I have returned the product but have not received the credit of $99.90.in addition, I now have been charged $28.97 for and Ecurves Clubhouse subscription. A call to Ecurves Clubhouse refred me to the "terms and conditions clause." There is no mention of Ecurves Clubhouse.
Obviously this company/s is/are deceptive in marketing its products and every effort should be made the authorities to shut them down.
