Fraudulent company stole $27.96 from me. I enrolled in a roll-over unused minutes plan. I called 02/13/06 to change my payment date to the 16th of each month and to get explanation of what happened to my unused minutes.
Representative Anna Lisa explained the company put my account back to zero, because my payment date was automatically set for 02/10/06. Said last month, Cingular changed its policy of issuing refunds of roll-over funds.
