I recently made a payment at the location via night drop box on February 2. This was the first time I had ever used the nightbox. After thinking everything was in order, I received a phone call a week later saying that the payment was never received. Normally, if a payment is late by more then 2 days, Aaron's will call the customer immediately. However in this case, that did not occur. I am refusing to make a payment for something that I have already paid for once.
