Ipoff i was billed by my telephone company for 14.12 by this company on behalf of email discount ntwk Internet

I was billed on my phone statement for 14.12 for they say was on behalf of email discount ntwk. I have never heard of this company. Untill now. I have tried for two days to contact them. So to day i filled out an report and sent it to them by email, advising them that i had told my telephone provider to stop all charges from this company, and that i was filling an report to our attorney general.
