I went to file my taxes in the new bedford office and they said i needed to refile because my child father had claimed my child who does not fall under the guide lines to claim him but they let him claim him anyway because his girlfriend works there and she lied to the irs and i did not sign no form to let him claim my child and he got alot of money and i had to refile my cliam and the person who filed still works there so the people who work at jakson hewitt in the new beford office do not go by the rules so i am a single mother who looks foward for the little money and i got ripped off and when i addressed my problem to the office they said it is not their problem, well if they has honest people working for them then maybe it would of not been their problem.
