I thought I cancelled my account weeks ago, but just recieved a new video with a bill. I have been on the phone for hours and have gotten in touch with no one!
Even their new accounts dept has no idea how to get ahold of anyone in customer service other than the elusive 800-262#. Also the other number i got from someone else the
800-562-4046 # no longer works. They caught on. I am currently waiting on hold for over an hour while writing this. Maybe if everyone calls their new accounts dept. At 800-692-1000 and bug them we will get somewhere.
