I have had 2 Net Zero accounts. When I cancelled the first account I had to deal with the same thing I am now that I am cancelling the second account.
They continue to bill me every month. I have to call them every time I get a bank statement and ask the same questions.
How hard is it to cancel my account? Why can't they just get it right? I don't understand. I always get the same answers. Sorry it must have been a mistake made by the agent last month.
If you ever wish to speak with a supervisor or MOD good luck. I have been fortunate enough to get a credit for every month that they continue to bill me, but why do I have to call and ask for it? They shoul not even be billing me for an account that I cancelled over 5 months ago.
