My bills are beginning to back up. They have ever since the beginning of January.
I spoke with a customer service rep.in Febuary and asked to put on hold my balances due for my 4 video library selections.
The customer rep. Said she had entered it, and that would be fine and when i was able to send in some money the accts. Would re open.
In my email i asked the same thing. Got No Response. But noticed the Bills from the Collection Dept. Were still rolling in. Now this last notice says that i'm an Unsatisfactory customer and there gonna report me to the Nat'l Consumer Reporting Agency.
I know i am unable to pay now, but no one from Columbia House is hearing me. They ain't pressed for a lot of rap. They just want them' $ $dollars$ $ - Meanwhile giving me a bad credit report.-
What am i to do?
