On September we hired new start moving on recomendation from a friend and it ended up being a nightmare. They showed up hours late and did not know how to pack in the truck, they took several breaks, and the fragiles were not to be taken but they did anyways placing them on the bottom of the load. Their dinner break is when we beleive several boxes of our items suddenly disappeared and some items were broken.
When they came back from their break they smelled of the odor of pot. Some of our neighbers had seen them toking up. On the phone they were talking to whomever instead of doing their job. We called in the owner and he came out and wanted to do a third load which all of our stuff if properly loaded would of only been 2 loads at the most. When they went to drop off the load the 2nd time they were caught sleeping in their truck and my brother ended up doing their job. To top it all off we had to finish moving our items from the old place. The owner said his boy's were to tired to finsh their job, then Kevin Beasley had the nerve to charge use 3 times the amount. We paid $480 which was the amount that was due. He wanted $1200.00. I would recommend to never use the services of new start moving.
