Back in June I placed an order for 2 rings and a necklace. Several months went by and I contacted the company and was told my items were on back order and they asked if I wanted to cancel the order. So I did. They promised me a refund. I waited... And waited, finally, I called in September and was promised my refund.
I have been calling every couple of weeks and have asked for a supervisor whose name is "Diana" and all I get is her voice mail. Naturally I have not received a call back.
Usually, I speak to someone by the name of "Hirani" and she always promises that accounting is going to put my refund check in the mail. Now, I work for the post office and I know that mail is sometimes slow, but it is NEVER this slow. It is now February 3rd and my money was supposed to be here in October. Hmmmmmmmm... So I called again several times today and the number just rings and rings.
