Bmg fraudulently charged my debit card after I checked the "do not use my debit card for future purchases" box. My bank sent me a statement showing my account as insufficient status because bmg had charged my account for a cd without my permission. I called bmg and they told me they would send the money back to my account but WOULD NOT pay my insufficient fund fees that the extra fees were my problem, even though they knew that they fraudulently charged my account. Bmg told me to take it up with the bank. Now my bank has cancelled me as a client and sent the insufficient fund fees of $74.23 to collections.
I have called the bank and they will not waive the fees and told me that I should go after bmg for the costs. How do I get the money from bmg without spending another $74.23 trying to get it?
