We got a ring and (cheap) a* necklace from this broke ass place because we had a B. K we were told it is considered bad credit.
So we got the jewelry and fell behind in payments due to financial hardships and try to make arrangements but no one was willing to even try to work things out, we have already paid $2,780 and they want an additional $4,000.. (Now mind you the necklace is Sterling Silver)
They are rude, nasty people with no people skills whatsoever. Now we are being sued because they refused our payments. Why should companies be allowed to over charge people for goods or services and still be able to sue for things that should otherwise be paid for without there over charges
