I purchased a watch on-line from Replica House, at the time I had no idea they were located in Thailand, I paid for the watch and waited forever checking a tracking number they gave me, finally US Customs contacted me they had siezed the watch.
I have tried to contact them for a refund and am totally ingored these folks won't reply to my email messages. They are still selling the same watch on e-bay and all over the internet. I feel so ripped off! I lost about $250.00, I answered customs letter & told them basically what this message say, I'm a consummer bought & paid for an item over the internet, I've lost my money & this outfit is still doing business as usual!
I have reems of back & forth email dialog as this process was going along, they were telling me to be patient with the mail service, etc. But now that I'm asking for a refund they refuse to answer me. I hope you guys can help somehow!
