Five weeks ago I paid for two watches totaling $ 331,99 dollars my payment was processed through their systems. I received notice as follows:
Hello, at present these replicas have some difficulty via the Customs in Germany. Our appointed carriers will help handle the customs clearance in our country. The import duty/tax maybe charge you which is depends on your local customs.
This cost is NOT calculated into the cost of your order or the shipping charges. Any Tax / Duty is to be paid by buyer, and we are not responsible for the package seized by the customs in Germany. If you agreed this agreement, we will handle the shipment within 1-3 days, or else, we will return your funds.
After this I cancel the order and they promised me, to refund the money. More than 5 weeks they keep me quit with promises from the macao bank, that they have already refund the money. But until today, I received nothing from them...
My advise is, the email communication is very good and they are fast in answering of claims, but if you order a watch, they book the money from your account and after this, they inform you above customs problems bla. Bla... Bla. You will never get back your money, thats a fact.
DON'T BUY A WATCH FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMER!
