We own and operate a litigation support site on the Net. Kevin C. McDonough requested our services on our site. We did the work and he received an invoice for our services. Two months of benefiting from our services and he decides that he does not want to pay us. We billed for services rendered at his request so we were not about to forget about it. His payment deadline was on January 15.
He did not pay and left us out large chunk of change.
If anyone has any dealings with Kevin C. McDonough Based out of Clinton Connecticut, get your fees up front! Do not make the same mistake we did and let him take you for the large chunk of change.
Before anyone recommends it, yes, reporting him to the CT Bar Disciplinary Board and suing them is an option that we are keeping on the table. This post is to make others aware of our bad experience and prevent someone else from being burned.
