Kevin Burton is an REO broker located in Fort Myers Florida (he represents banks in getting rid of their forclosed properties). I have been working for Kevin Burton of K. Burton and associates (formerly Kevin Burton PA) as a vendor performing property management services over the past year and a half. I am currently owed over 20,000 dollars for services performed in 2008 and some in 2009. The services were ordered from him/and or his representative Megan Van Rea. He leverages the fact that he has a lot of "future business" in not paying me for the business he ordered when he makes mistakes and does not get reimbursed from his asset managers. You may wonder why I let it get to be so much; well I have a family to feed and had a hard time refusing the work.
