We transfered service to my sons name, they messed up the billing cycle. After 3 phone calls to try to straighten it out we cancelled the service. It was well past the end of the 1 year contract.
Damage Resulting = It has now been 4 more phone calls totaling over 7 hours, uncountable anxiety and stress, possible damage to my credit report; AND IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. Sprint is trying to bill us for 2 cancellation contracts when for over $300. I have been promised 3 times that the balance is ZERO and they just keep billing me... AARGH.
I wonder how many thousands of consumers have been cheated out of "cancellation fees". This has CLASS ACTION written all over it.
