Bay Area Credit Service Charged me $1034.47 and will not provide me with proof of how! Ripoff

Tmobile charged me $1034.47 for an old phone and old account that was cut off in August. At this time, I paid the disconnect charge for the other phone on my account. And received and paid monthly invoices there after. I have been a loyal customer of theirs since 2003 and they wont even email me or send me copies of the invoice for this charge. I received 1 (one) bill from their collection agency, Bay Area Credit Services, and they would not provide me with copies of what I owe.

They do not want to hear anything that I have to say. How did I have a bill for $1000 when I was receiving a bill each month and paid for it. My phone was connected up until yesterday (1-23-06) when I called and complained to Bay Area Credit Services. Then they cut my phone off when I disputed it.

I requested repeatedly that they provide me with an explanation of this amount. They would only state that the amount steams from August (05) when I cancelled my second line, but Tmobile and Bay Area Credit Services refuse to supply me with previous statements.
