I tried the free trial on stamp.com and was going to stay with the company although it took me 45 minutes twice to get through to them on the phone. My account was charged 179.88 which is the yearly service plan, i had signed up for the monthly service plan-so i thought - they tell me i did not.
I cancelled the account and the 179 charge comes out of my checking account in 2 days, they will not refund the money or take another credit card and said they will not reopen the account regarless it is getting paid for on the 25th unless i sign up again and they may refund the money at a later time.
I dont want this service and i dont want to sign up again. I want my money back. I paid for a year of service and did not use one day of it after the trial offer.
