I had a charge on my SBC bill last month for $16.21 from Ehanced Billing Service Inc. And I did not order the service. So I spoke with Ehanced Billing Service Inc. And SBC telling them I did not order the servic so please credit my bill and cancel the service, even though I never ask for it. I just recieved my SBC bill for this month now there are two months worth of charges for this service. When I spoke to them they said they would credit my account and that it would take two business days for it to show up on my bill. Now I am going to have to fight with them to get it removed from my bill and of course you can not speak to anyone on the weekend at either place. I do not understand why SBC would let companies like this use them to scam their customers.
