View Verizon full profile & all complaints

Oan Billed my Verizon Phone a service setup fee for services never ordered then tells me I have to wait at least 2 billing cycles for it to credit my bill. In the meantime Verizon reports to credit bureaus any late or partial payments. This is unfair.
