Purchased 86 dollars worth of clothes, and the first time I tried on the sweatshirt it tore around the hood. Explained the problem to Sarah Smith. Owner and operator, and she agreed to replace the item. Waited 3 1/2 months with no word after shipping the item back to her. After sending enough emails she finally responded and told me the item was damaged intentionally, and she would nor refund or replace.
