About 2 months ago in mid-November I had received a notice from HMO that she had various items for sale. I told her that I was interested in a CD titled Zetsuai OST Vol. 3. She said that she would ship the items the weekend after payment was received; I sent a $7 cash payment by mail on Dec. 6.
Two weeks later, on Dec. 19, I still hadn't received the CD I ordered, so I sent an email to HMO asking about the delay. She replied that delays were to be expected because of the Christmas holiday, but this was not mentioned in the notice I received in November. I also told her that she could refund my money if she would like to, but she said that wouldn't be necessary.
Now it is January 5, I still hadn't received my CD nor did I hear from HMO again. Therefore, I figured that one of 3 things happened:
1: My order got lost in the mail
2: It was sent to the wrong address
3: It was Never mailed in the first place
I feel that if I don't receive my order by January 15, I will email HMO again and simply ask her to refund my money. I feel that my time and money spent doing business with HMO was a total waste, and I doubt that I will ever do business with her again. I will also not recommend her to others.
