Non-payment of completed translation services Ripoff

I have had an outstanding invoice dated May 1, with them. Work had been completed satisfatorily, and before the due date.

It probably is a one-person translation bureau.
The name of the person is Eugenia Nesterenko.

The original amount was $828.59. I added 2% late charge since, and the unpaid amount due today is $944,64.
